Section 59(vii) in Haryana Municipal Drainage and Sanitation Bye-laws, 1977
(vii)The floor shall be of non-absorbent material, which shall in every part, including the part beneath the seat, be not less than 75 mm. above the surface of the adjoining ground level and have a fall or inclination towards the exterior of the room of not less than 1 in 10.
