Section 100(4) in The Maharashtra Industrial Relations Act, 1946
(4)A Court of Enquiry may refer to the Industrial Court any point of law arising in any proceeding before it under this Act. Any finding of the Court of Enquiry insuch proceedings shall be in accordance with decision of the Industrial Court.
