Section 29A(1) in The M.P. Panchayat Nirvachan Niyam, 1995
(1)The District Election Officer shall, simultaneously with the publication of notice of election under Rule 28, shall publish a notice in Form 3-A or 3-B as the case may be, showing the status of reservation of every sat in a Panchayat for which election is to be held, by affixing a copy thereof on the notice board in the office of :-(a)District Election Officer;(b)Returning Officer; and(c)Panchayat concerned.]
