Section 24 in The Himachal Pradesh Fruit Nurseries Registration and Regulation Act, 2015
24. No compensation for suspension or cancellation of licence.
- Where any licence is suspended or cancelled under this Act, the licensee shall not be entitled to any compensation thereof, nor shall he be entitled to the refund of any fee paid by him for the licence.
