Section 19(b) in Telangana State Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2017
(b)any proceedings under the said mles, pending at the commencement of these rules shall be continued and disposed of as far as may be, in accordance with the provisions of these mles, as if such proceedings were under these rules.
