(2)The President, the Board, the Academic Council, the Director, the Dean, the Executive Registrar and all other persons who may hereafter become such officers or members so long as they continue to hold such office or membership, are hereby to constitute a body corporate by "The Nirma University of Science and Technology, Ahmedabad, Gujarat".
