Section 49(1) in The Gujarat Rents, Hotel and Lodging House Rates Control Act, 1947
(1)The [State] [This word was substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette and subject to the condition of previous publication, make rules for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
