Section 9(1) in The Tamil Nadu Abolition of Posts of Part-Time Village Officers Act, 1981
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may make such order not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as may appear to them to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty:Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiration of two years from the date of the commencement of this Act.
