ORDER:
"There shall be interim stay of all further proceedings including execution of warrant of arrest in E.P.No.148 of 2010 in O.S.No.135 of 2020 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial First Class Magistrate, Narsapur, West Godavari District, for a period of six weeks, subject to depositing of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of E.P.No.148 of 2010 of O.S.No.135 of 2020 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial First Class Magistrate, Narsapur, West Godavari District, within a period of four weeks".
