Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire
records pertaining to the issuance of Bill No.9094022188042002 for the
Month of March 2020 dated 07.04.2020; Bill No.9094022188052001 for
the month of April 2020 dated 06.05.2020; Bill No.9094022188062002 for
the Month of May 2020 dated 05.06.2020; Bill No.9094022188072002 for
the Month of June 2020 dated 06.07.2020, Bill No.9094022188082001 for
the Month of July 2020 dated 07.08.2020; Bill No.9094022188092002 for
the Month of August 2020 dated 05.09.2020; all issued by the second
Respondent herein and quash the saem as it violates regulation 6 of Tamil
Nadu Electricity supply code 2014, consequently direct the second
respondents to pass fresh bill for the period of lockdown or such other
period where the restriction is imposed by the State and Central
Government in operating the petitioner interms of Regulation 6(b) of the
Tamil Nadu Electricity Supply code within a stipulated time in the manner
known to law.
