Section 4(1) in The M.P. Janapada Panchayat Members (Travelling and other Allowances) Rules, 1995
(1)If the President, Vice-President or any member undertakes any tour outside the jurisdiction of the Panchayat concerned in connection with any meeting, he shall be entitled to draw daily allowance and travelling allowances at the rate specified in sub-rule (1) of Rule 3, subject to the provisions of sub-rule (2).
