Section 2(1)(xii) in Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering including Technology/Pharmacy/ Architecture and Planning Courses Common Entrance Test Rules, 2007

(xii)"Qualified Candidate" means the candidate who has appeared for the PGECET/ PGECET-AC and has been assigned rank in the common merit lists and has the eligibility as per the criteria laid down under Rule 3.
