Section 2(d) in The Employment of Children Act, 1938
(d)"workshop" means any premises (including the precincts thereof) wherein any industrial process is carried on, but does not include any premises to which the provisions of Section 50 of the Factories Act, 1934 (25 of 1934), for the time being apply.
