Section 24(1) in Tamil Nadu Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2017
(1)The owners of the land acquired, whose livelihoods are lost due to the acquisition and other families whose livelihoods are primarily dependent on the land acquired alone are eligible for the benefit of Choice of Annuity or Employment or Lump Sum Grant under Serial No.4 of the Second Schedule to the Act and the owners of the land acquired whose livelihoods are not lost or not primarily dependent on such lands are not entitled for such benefit.
