Section 8(1) in The Orissa Subordinate Correctional Service Rules, 1992
(1)After completion of the selection of suitable candidates a list of successful candidates is to be prepared in order of merit and equal to the number of vacancies, in respect of which requisition has been made for being filled up by the direct recruitment. The list is to be furnished to the appointing authority.
