15. Penalty for making or signing false certificates.
- Whoever wilfully signs or makes, or procures the signing or making of, a false certificate purporting to have been issued under any of the provisions of this Act, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees, or with both.
