Section 10(v) in Rajasthan Animal Husbandry Service Rules, 1963
(v)that the upper age limit mentioned above shall be 40 years till the first of January, 1964 in the case of Jagirdar including Jagirdar's son who did not have any sub-jagir for their subsistence;
