Section 16 in Puducherry Protection of Interests of Depositors in Financial Establishments Act, 2004
16. Special Public Prosecutor.
- The Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint an advocate of not less than ten years standing as a Special Public Prosecutor for the purpose of conducting the cases in the Designated Court.
