(1)The State Government may, in consultation with the manager of any approved school, consent to the transfer to that school of any person under the age of eighteen years in respect of whom an order has been made by competent authority in any other part of India of the nature of an order under this Act or the Reformatory Schools Act, 1897, for sending such person to an approved school or a reformatory school or any school of a like nature.
