Section 2(o) in The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018
(o)"hostel" means a place of residence for the students of the Cluster University, or its colleges, institutions and study centres, established or recognized to be as such, by the Cluster University;
