A notification under section 3 shall state the following particulars-(a)as full a description of the improvement work as, in the opinion of the [State Government] [Words 'Provincial Government' substituted for the words 'Local Government' by the Government of India (Adaptation of Indian Laws) Order, 1937, and thereafter the word 'State' substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.], may be practicable;(b)the object for which such work has been, or is proposed to be, constructed; and(c)the boundaries of the area within which the [State Government] [Words 'Provincial Government' substituted for the words 'Local Government' by the Government of India (Adaptation of Indian Laws) Order, 1937, and thereafter the word 'State' substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] intends to impose the improvement levy.
