The O.A having been heard on 25th January, 2023, this Tribunal passed
the following order on the same day:

O R D E R (ORAL)
When taken up, learned Counsel for the applicants submits that in the light of Annexure A-11 new policy for intra-region transfer, they do not want to pursue the proceedings. Learned Counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the Original Applications with liberty to move again, if their applications for transfer in the light of new policy are decided adversely.
2. Heard the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents also. According to him the applicants can file representation for transfer in the light of the new policy.
3. All these Original Applications are closed leaving open liberty to move again, if the representations filed under Annexure A-11 are found against. No costs.
