Section 11(2) in The Rajasthan Municipalities (Octroi) Rules, 1962
(2)The maximum time to be allowed for transit shall not exceed four hours:Provided that the Octroi Superintendent may for exceptional reasons to be recorded in writing extend the time of transit for a period not exceeding eight hours:Provided further that the Executive Officer may for very special and exceptional reasons and circumstances, viz. break down of machinery, flood, etc., to be recorded in writing extend the time of transit for a period not exceeding twenty four hours [X X X] [Omitted by 20-3-1963, Published dated 20-8-1964, w.e.f. 20-4-1963.]
