ORDER
(Hybrid Mode) 30.05.2025: This application has been filed by the appellant praying for following reliefs.
"A. Release the Fixed Deposit along with interest in favor of Google;
B. Issue the release letter in favour of Ms. Bhavika Chhabra (Aadhar Card No. 4252 1494 2509); and C. Pass such further order(s) as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in pursuance of the order of this tribunal dated 28.03.2025, the appellant has deposited the entire modified penalty on 24.04.2025.
It is submitted that amount of 10% which was deposited under the interim order 11.01.2023 he permitted to be refunded to the appellant which was deposited through fixed deposit under the name of Registrar NCLAT. 2 Since the entire amount of modified penalty has been deposited submitted in pursuance of judgement of this tribunal.
We allow prayers as prayed in the application to permit the return of the fixed deposit to the appellant.
I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
