Section 21(2) in Chhattisgarh Council for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Act, 2015
(2)Any person in the State, who is trained and has obtained a graduation or post graduation or Ph.D. degree as a regular student from any University or an institution which is duly recognised by the State Government and the Council, on payment of such fees as may be prescribed, and on presentation of his graduation or post-graduation or Ph.D. degree, as the case may be, shall be entitled to have his name entered in the register.
