FACTS :
The matter is called for hearing today dated 15.11.2010. Appellant present. IGNCA is represented by Shri V. P. Sharma, Consultant.
2. The matter, in short, is that the appellant was a Sr. PA in IGNCA for more than 15 years. His services, however, were terminated in February, 2009. In this Connection, vide RTI application dated 14.5.2009, he had sought information about 28 employees working with IGNCA regarding their dates of appointment, mode of appointment, pay scales and academic qualifications etc.
3. Shri Sharma submits that part information has already been provided to the appellant. The appellant, however, submits that illegible copies of certain documents have been provided which do not make any sense.
3. In our opinion, the information requested for by the appellant is disclosable to him under the provisions of the RTI Act. Hence, we hereby direct the CPIO to provide para-wise legible information to the appellant, free of cost, in 03 weeks time.
