3. By when will I get the PF amount credited to my savings account as mentioned in the form?
4. Provide the name and contact number of the officer to whom my request has been assigned?
5. Inform me period prescribed by your office for full settlement of PF dues of the employee and action prescribed for not settling claim in prescribed time limit.
6. Provide the postal and Email address of the First Appellate Authority.

The CPIO has not provided the desired information.

The following were present Complainant: Absent Respondent: Mr. S S P Yadav CPIO's representative through VC M: 09930524897 The CPIO's representative stated that at the time the RTI application was received they were migrating from manual to computerized system and no routine work was being done and hence the application remained unattended. He informed that the applicant's claim has been settled and vide letter dated 17/01/2015 she has withdrawn her complaint. The complainant is not present for canvassing her case/contesting the CPIO's representative's submissions.Page 1 of 2
