Section 30(2) in The Gujarat Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act, 2013
(2)The fire fees shall be levied at such rate in terms of percentage of such property tax as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, determine from time to time:Provided that, the State Government may determine different rate of percentage for different areas or different local authority or authorities.
