Section 16(3)(b) in The M.P. Foreigners (Arrest and Conditions of Detention or Confinement) Order, 1974

(b)Where the outside page or any such newspaper or periodical is composed in whole or in part of advertisement such advertisements shall be removed or deleted before the newspaper or periodical is delivered to the internee.
