(26)to remit the fees chargeable on copies of decrees of Civil or Revenue Courts situate in the territories of His Highness the Gaekwar of Baroda forwarded to any Court in Orissa for execution in pursuance of the provisions of Section 44 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (V of 1908);
