(2)Notwithstanding such censer of operation-(a)any application for commutation of pension which is pending before the commencement of these rules shall be disposed of in accordance with the provisions of old rules as if these rules had not been made; and(b)subject to the provisions of clause (a), anything done or any action taken under the old rules shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provision of these rules.Form-1[See rules 5 (2), 6 (1), 11, 12 (1) and (2), 13 (1) and (2), 14 (1) and (2)]Form of Application for Commutation of a Fraction of Pension without Medical Examination.(To be submitted in duplicate after retirement but within one year of the date of retirement.)
