78. Counter signature of establishment.
- Those of District Educational Officers establishment, of Deputy Inspectors and of Headmasters of institutions under the administrative control of the District Educational Officers and their establishments are counter-signed by the District Educational Officer. The Inspectress counter-signed the travelling allowance bills of her establishment and of Headmistresses of institution under her administrative and their establishments.
