Section 17(2)(a) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Mundkars (Protection from Eviction) Rules, 1977

(a)Every appeal or an application for revision made under section 24 or section 25, as the case may be, shall be made in the form of a petition addressed to the appropriate authority and shall be drawn up in concise intelligible language. It shall bear the signature or thumb impression of the applicant or his duly authorised agent and shall bear a Court Fee Stamp of such value as is prescribed thereof in rule 18.
