33. Cessation of jurisdiction of School Boards.
- As soon as this Act comes into force the School Board shall cease to have any jurisdiction with regard to the area concerned and the Local Authority shall take over the assets and liabilities of the School Board subject to the provision of section 34, and subject to such condition as may to prescribed.
