Section 24 in The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
24. Proceedings not invalidated on account of vacancy.
- No act or proceeding of any authority of the University shall be invalid merely by reason of the existence of any vacancy or defect in the constitution of any authority.
