Section 9(4)(b) in Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University Act, 2016

(b)Subject to the foregoing provisions of this section, the Vice Chancellor shall ordinarily hold office for a term of three years and on the expiry of the said term he may be reappointed by the Chancellor in consultation with the State Government.
