It is submitted by Mr. H.S. Ahluwalia, learned Deputy
Advocate General that though clubbed together, these cases
have different facets and therefore, it is appropriate for him to file
response in all the cases separately. It is submitted that reply on
behalf of the State has been filed in WPS No. 2530 of 2021, WPS
No. 5489 of 2021 and WPS No. 1588 of 2022.
Mr. Ahluwalia and Ms. Astha Shukla, learned counsel,
appearing for the respondents in WPS No. 938 of 2022, WPS No.
2695 of 2022 and WPS No. 4356 of 2022 pray for three weeks' time to file reply-affidavit.

Mr. Anand Mohan Tiwari, learned counsel, appearing for respondent No.7 in WPS No. 5489 of 2021, is present and he submits that he has already filed return. List on 12.12.2022.
