[ Restriction on expenditure from municipal fund over certain litigation. - No expenditure from the municipal fund shall be incurred without the prior sanction in writing of the director for the purposes of defraying the costs of any proceedings instituted or commenced in any Court of law by or on behalf of a] [Inserted by U.P. Act No. 12 of 1994.] or its President in respect of any order made or purporting to have been made by the State Government under Section 30, Section 34, Section 40 or Section 48.
