Section 249(4) in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(4)Nothing in this section shall be deemed to apply to mills for spinning or weaving cotton, wool, silk or jute or to any other mill or factory which the Commissioner may with the previous approval of the Mayor-in-Council from time to lime, specially exempt from the operation thereof.
