Section 28(6) in Agriculture University, Jodhpur Act, 2013
(6)The Comptroller shall-(a)exercise general supervision over the funds of the University and shall advise the University as regards its financial policy;(b)manage the property and investments of the University including trust and endowed property in accordance with the decision of the Finance Committee and the Board; and(c)exercise such other powers and perform such other financial functions, as may be assigned to him by the Board, or as may be prescribed:Provided that the Comptroller shall not incur any expenditure or make any investment exceeding such amount as may be prescribed except with the previous approval of the Board.
