Sections applicable to amounts payable by owner, etc., of rent-free land. - The provisions of sections 57 and 58 shall be applicable to every amount which, as provided in section 56, may become payable by the owner and holder of any such rent-free land to the holder of any such estate or tenure after the fulfilment of the requirements in sections 52, 53 and 54 contained.
