(3)Processes almirah and distribution of processes.-In the office of the Nazir incharge, an almirah shall be divided into as many (or more) pigeon-holes as there are beats, with spare holes for urgent processes etc., and each process as soon as it is received shall be placed in its appropriate pigeon-hole. The processes shall be issued on the day fixed and on other days also if so ordered by the officer incharge of the Nazarat for any particular reason.
