Section 51(1) in The M.P. Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1973
(1)If the State Government is satisfied that owing to mal-administration or financial mis-management in the University a situation has arisen whereby financial stability of University has become insecure, it may, by a notification, declare that the finances of such University shall he subject to the control of the State Government.
