ORDER
1. The additional affidavit of the SEIAA - Andhra Pradesh and the report of the Department of Atomic Energy (Respondent No.3) is yet to be filed.
2. The 6th Respondent/Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation is represented by Mr. Shreeyash Lalit who also seeks short accommodation for filing his response.
3. It is open to the 5th Respondent and others to file objections/responses (if any) to the report to be filed by the Department of Atomic Energy.
4. Post the matter on 09.01.2024. In the meanwhile, the SEIAA - Andhra Pradesh and the Department of Atomic Energy are directed to file their respective reports without fail.
