Section 17 in The Orissa Subordinate Statistics and Economics Service Rules, 1994
17. Relaxation.
- The Government may, if consider necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, by order, for reason to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules in respect of any class or category of employees.
