Section 12(4) in Bihar Private Security Agencies Rules, 2011
(4)The licencee shall immediately intimate to the Controlling Authority about any criminal charge, framed against the persons forming the private Agency or against the private security guard or supervisor engaged or employed by the Agency, in course of their performance of duties as private security agency. A copy of such communication shall also be sent to the officer-in-charge of the Police Station where the person charged against resides.
