Section 45 in Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Act, 1997
45. Appointment of Salaried Executive Officer.
- For every Institution declared under this Chapter, the Commissioner shall, as soon as may be after the declaration is issued appoint a salaried Executive Officer for the proper administration of the Institution.
