(a)(i)the management of libraries run by voluntary agencies is a body or society registered under the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958 (Act No. 28 of 1958) or the Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1954 (Act No. 42 of 1959); or(ii)it is run by a local authority;
