Section 34(3) in The Maharashtra State Legal Aid and Advice Board Rules, 1981
(3)As far as possible second and third year students in law colleges and law faculties shall be encouraged to volunteer to be enlisted in the panel of Assistants and their services shall be utilised to help the applicant to prepare and prosecute his case.
