Section 12 in Garden City University Act, 2013

- The following shall be the officers of the University, namely:-

(i)The Visitor;

(ii)The Pro-visitor;

(iii)The Chancellor;

(iv)The Vice-Chancellor;

(v)The Pro Vice-Chancellor;

(vi)The Registrar;

(vii)The Finance officer; and

(viii)Such other officers as may be declared by the Statutes to be officers of the University.
